CSR Implementation:


In today’s modern era of doing business with the fulfillment of social and charity work is very important. Because it will promote the organization with the society and ultimately the whole nation and mankind. Corporate Social Responsibility, in short CSR, is the way to show the company’s commitment to managing the social effects of the operations responsibly, with the alignment of public expectations.

CSR is a concept of management. It involves the companies with the integration of social and environmental concerns covering their business operations as well as interactions with their stakeholders.

Actually it is a way through which an organization or establishment is trying to achieve the balance among the economic, environmental and social responsibilities. In a broader way, we can say that its implementation should cover various corporate activities like value-added chains, etc. It also must take into account the stakeholders' requirements. Also, it is found that transparency and willingness in the dialogue are the core of CSR, and hence contributing to the successful implementation of CSR.
